Registration fee

Teams making reservation and payment before November 15th are offered an early-bird discount in the form of a reimbursement of € 200,00 (in tokens) on the registration fee.
Teams making reservation between November 15th and December 15th are offered an early-bird discount in the form of a reimbursement of € 100,00 (in tokens) on the registration fee.
Your participation will only be finalised once you have paid your registration fee.

Combi entrance fee

The entrance fee, which covers both day (supporter) and evening (festival) activities, does not apply to players registered for the tournament; for them, everything is included.

Camping

Kapi’Hut

This accommodation is designed for a maximum of four individuals and features a solid wooden floor measuring 240 x 240 cm. Ensuring privacy and security, it is equipped with a lockable door. With a side height of 190 cm and a ridge height of 230 cm, the space is both comfortable and accommodating. The inclusion of two windows provides natural light and ventilation. Additionally, stackable beds are standard, optimizing space and convenience.

Tents

Like every year people can sleep in tents.

Tent A

  • 12 pers.

Tent B

  • 16 pers.

It is absolutely necessary to bring along:

  1. your own sleeping bag;
  2. an air mattress or a camp-bed (Air mattresses are for sale if necessary);
  3. a flash-light.

Do keep in mind that these prices include breakfast buffets and entrance fees for the parties for each participant.

Bringing your own tents or camping with a camper is forbiden on the site!

Other rates

At our tournament people pay with TOKENS. 1 TOKEN = € . With a token you can pay for drinks and food on the Flanders Open Rugby site.
These TOKENS can be bought in one of our cash desks. At the cash desks you can also pay with VISA/MASTERCARD.

On Saturday we will offer a BBQ. Prize: € 18pp. (You can register for the BBQ at the infopoint)

At Flanders Open Rugby we also have a FOODVILLAGE. This is opened during the tournament and will offer you a wide range of foods like:

  • Sandwiches
  • Hamburgers
  • Pasta
  • Healthy food
  • Vegetarian
  • Fried food
  • Kebab
  • …

Drinks will be available to you for tokens. (1 TOKEN = € )
1 TOKEN: Beer (normal), Soda
2 TOKEN : wine
2,5 TOKEN: Desperados, Strongbow, Eristoff
12 + 4 TOKENS: A can of beer (3L) (4 TOKENS warranty for the can)
