DEPOSITS

The deposit will normally be refunded a few days after the tournament once we have received the damage reports from our supplier.

In the event of damage to the tents, kapi or festi huts, part or even the entire deposit may be retained.

NEW!

ALL ACCOMMODATION must be left EMPTY upon departure.

Garbage bags will be handed out to all teams during team registration upon arrival at the tournament site.

IF NOT, THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT (€100) WILL BE RETAINED.
