At the age of 15, Olivier stumbled upon his passion for music while spinning tracks in the Lifeline. Little did he know, that moment would ignite a lifelong love affair with the DJ table. From that day forward, he became inseparable from the decks.

Olivier’s talent quickly caught the attention of the local scene, and soon he found himself as a resident DJ in numerous hotspots like Club Ckomilfoo, The Maxx, Club @t, The Livingroom, and beyond. With each pulsating beat, he captivated audiences and turned dance floors into electric playgrounds.

In the heart of their youth, Michael embarked on his DJ career around the same age as Olivier. From the vibrant beats of Ckomilfoo to the wild rhythms of Poco Loco and the fiery ambiance of Inferno, Michael spun his magic across diverse dance floors, leaving a trail of electrifying vibes in his wake.

But amidst the pulsating lights and thumping basslines, fate had a reunion planned. Michael and Olivier, old friends from way back, found themselves bound by one undeniable passion: music.

Fuelled by their mutual dedication and a thirst for innovation, they embarked on a new venture together: M&O Music. Their brainchild promised an eclectic fusion of melodic house, Afrobeats, disco, and clubbin’.

Michael koestert al meer dan drie decennia lang de passie voor elektronische muziek. Zijn reis begon op zijn vijftiende, draaiend aan de draaitafels, en op zijn 46e brandt het vuur nog steeds even fel.

In de jaren ’90 leidde zijn liefde voor muziek tot zijn eigen techno-programma op Radio Tros FM en maakte hij deel uit van de betoverende line-ups op Nightclubbings in Ckomilfoo, Wonderland, Villes de fous, Inferno, P&B’s, Remember the Retro Classix, Oldskool Belgium, en talloze andere legendarische evenementen.

Tegenwoordig deelt hij zijn muzikale reis als DJ bij The Bataklangs. En binnenkort staan Olivier en ik aan de start van een nieuw, opwindend project. De muziek is voor mij niet slechts een geluid, maar een verhaal dat ik blijf vertellen. Laten we samen de volgende pagina’s van dit muzikale avontuur schrijven en de schoonheid van elektronische klanken blijven verkennen. De toekomst is net zo veelbelovend als de beats die we draaien.
