We are required by the government to work with reusable cups. Like the majority of festivals, we work with a cashless system to easily collect and refund deposit for these cups.

For the very first cash top-up, we charge an activation fee of 1,5 euros. Refunding remaining value on your card is completely free.

Purchases of food and drinks are made via a cashless card. To do this, you first need to load money onto your account, linked to your card. Charging moneycan be done in two ways:

• At the “cash point” : This can be done using cash or any bank card.
• Via the QR code on the card. Very simple: scan the QR code with your smartphone camera and follow the instructions.

If there are euros left on your card after FOR, you can request a refund by scanning the QR code on the card and ask for a refund. This refund is free, no fee will be charged. However, we only perform refunds for cards that have at least the value of 1 euro, or 1 reusable cup as a value.

The card can only be used for this edition. We can only issue a refund if you enter the correct information in the form.

If your cashless card is lost or stolen and you have registered for your online cashless account, we can block the lost or stolen card and transfer all your unused money to a new card for you. If you have not registered, we cannot block the lost card and transfer the money that was on it.
